Shipping and Delivery
1. When will I receive my items?
The estimated shipping date is always indicated after you place the order successfully. If it is backorder, it may take about 2 weeks more to wait for the item shipped. Once your order is shipped, standard shipping times apply. You can always log in to your account to check the order status.
If you place an order with items from multiple times, your orders may be shipped to you in separate shipments at different times.
Keep in mind that delivery times on some orders may take slightly longer – up to 8 weeks to certain countries depending on customs regulations. Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time.
2. Where is my order?
To see the exact status of your order, you can log in to your account to check it. Processing means your order is still processing by the system or need to manual processing. Backorder needs to wait 2 weeks or more, you can contact service email to check the detailed situation. Once it shipped, please wait patiently. We can guarantee you that our product is worth waiting.
Usually it takes 7-20 business days since we are an overseas seller. If it over the estimated time or have other questions, please contact us.
3. Can I pay extra for expedited shipping?
We currently do not offer expedited shipping, but we will make sure you get your order as soon as possible!
4. I need to change my shipping address.
You can only change your shipping address if your items have not been shipped. Please contact us and we will answer you as soon as possible.
5. What happens if the item was "Returned to Sender"?
If your order has been deemed undeliverable by the post and returned back to us, we will ship it back to you at no additional cost. If you would prefer a refund, we would be happy to refund you in full for the cost of the item(s).
